Seems the wheels were flatted. Perhaps he stopped the car, and somebody attacked him with the axe, flattening his tyres. Theres an axe embedded in car... must have been rushed job. He was slit at the throat, not decapitated... perhaps personal grudge. Then left to decay. Perhaps as a sign to enemies? otherwhise would've made cleaner job. -
