uses extremely dense DEUT, PLUT is used to initially generate the neutrons. I am still working on it so it might not work all the time

    You can make something like this using the PROP edit tool and changing the LIFE value on the DEUT to something really high. This makes the DEUT super dense and reactive to NEUT
