Can someone please tell me why these identical circuits give different results??? This is not a trick, I really don't know. Can someone give me some insight?

    It Is How You Made it, The Top Part that refuses to count binary is kind of wrong, in the second one but can count binary, copy that to the top. By then, the one on the top right, when the binary counter finishes, on the end direct it all to the 2nd one which is bottom left then so it continues with all the circuits working properly

    Better keep that counter upside-down.

    Because TPT electric transfers don't work the same in all directions. I believe this has something to do with how the screen is drawn top to bottom, from left to right.
