It`s possible in theory.Lasers use photons.They cannot be easily accelated or hold huge energy because they have too little mass.But gluon cannon is possible.If you use lots of energy to seperate quark and gluon, it can be a quark-gluon plasma(sorry but not like you just said,vampireax.Gluons REALLY don`t try to be seperated.If you use lots of energy to seperate,gluons will create new quarks.).Luckly,plasma can be accelated with magnet.(just ignore this.Just comment of crazy person in TPT XD)
