Sandboxvoid: click "open data folder" and check which folder it is storing information in. If that folder doesn't look right, then look for your original stamps/ folder and copy it in. The "data folder" is next to Powder.exe, wherever you put it.

jacob1:all of my stamps are gone in the recent update. I tried rescanning 3 times and nothing worked, what can I do about it?

This tutorial is OK, but the only legacy console command that is important is !set and !load. I'd suggest reading more about the Lua api on the wiki, it lets you control a lot of things: https://powdertoy.co.uk/Wiki/W/Powder_Toy_Lua_API.html . I also see that godhydra created this nice tutorial on tpt.el: id:2387557
