In Russia in 2018-19 we have a lot of problems with fuel. It costs 1$ per liter, people can't fill their vehicles because of high cost and deficit of fuel on Gas Stations in province. Contry is near the transport system collapse.

    well... at least russia has fuel in their own land, but us, korea and many other contries doesn't even have a drop of fuel in their country..
