A nuclear rocket engine that passes fuel over a hot reactor. This (in theory) gives a higher burn temp, and higher ISP (efficiency). This save is still a work in progress, and I plan to add a control board.

Nvm yours is better than what i thought i could do

if you'd like to I could try and design a cooling system for the engine. (Not to be published obviously)

@Clouds I put the radiators on the casing as the casing has a far lower melting point than the core. That way the core can overclock but the casing can stay cool. But you make a good point as the engine does sacrifice saftey with the current cooling system. thank you for commenting! =)

Personally I think temp control would be more efficient in the core rather than the casing. That would require an overhaul of the design though.

Really good!

Second engine out now!

And finally I have added a fuel tank
