i started dune and it's an excellently written book, it's just not for me. the worldbuilding is fascinating but the story itself is quite dull to me

@Mr_Cipher you should really, really read the books. At least the first one. it's incredible. Denis Vilevenue or however you spell his name (the one who made blade runner 2049) is making a Dune movie soon if you really can't be bothered, but if you have even the tiniest interest in reading, Dune is a must.

I really hope everyone enjoys this save. I love the Dune series almost as much as mortal engines and i hope i can inspire at least one person to try reading them the way my father did for me.
