@Technomancer Yes, that does make sense. I wasnt angery about the downvotes, That is their opinion. I was only angery over the fact that they didnt explain why.

I do agree that if somebody doesn't like your work, it would be helpful - and nice - of them to explain why. But I think people - not you specifically - make too much of a fuss about it.

That's fair enough, it's useful to know so that ou know what to improve on. But I see so many people complaining, acting as though other users don't have the right to downvote, or as though they are somehow 'owed' an explanation. I've even seen petitions to remove the Down button completely.

Equally, vote up or down depending on whether you like a particular save or not. Despite what some users say, you have NO duty to explain why. Though doing so will help a save's creator to understand what they could do better. TPT isn't a competition and we're not scoring points for making stuff.

People get far too hung up on getting 'good' votes for their saves and getting on FP, and miss the point of what is, after all, a non-competitive single-player game. Make stuff thet YOU like. It's not in any way important whether other people like it or not.

@Diniumrock it's not a bug in the system. The vote system is designed to allow people to express whether they enjoyed a particular save or not. It's at the users' descretion whether or not they want to explain why.
