    Fusion doesn't create enough propulsion for a spaceship to get to other star systems without long times, so this spaceship would be best for going to planets in our systems, such as Mars or Venus, so you could adapt it to be a cargo ship to fly supplies.

    The nukes are shielded and don't emit much radiation. The radiation shield is for the engine

    just one question. which radiation is the radiation shield suppose to protect against mainly and does it matter that the radioactive nukes are on the right side of the shield?
