both of my grandfathers worked together in the macdaquac dam (don't ask) and those are definitley not the flood gates. those are the main water flow gates FG1-FG5. the flood gates are tall pieces of concrete witch are lifted up out of the way of a large gap in the wall. i digress. -

criteria for mining a mineral: 1) can you make weapons out of it? if no, don't mine it, if yes, mine the earth of it! 2) can you make power out of it? if no, don't mine it, if yes, mine a little of it. 3) do we know much about it? if no don't mine it, if yes, mine a little of it and test the crap out of it! -

Also, dont steal saves from others. Stealing won't make you better but it might ruin your reputation and make it harder to be liked by community.
