gangE: portals do have temperature channels just like wifi. I haven't looked at this save very much but maybe it is saying that those are broken?

I have a few things to say: 1: Portals can be given temperature channels, just like WIFI. 2: If a spark passes with a portal attached to it, the spark will not continue but it will go through the portal. Overall good explaination though, and can be useful if you need more WIFI channels.
not useless. You can used PRTO one time and the WIFI can used many time. Some time you used one send. So you can used PRTO.
