Interesting, i've noticed a few aspects of it with my own saves. Cool to have a broader understanding on how it works.
I actually don't think the amount of comments affects front page, but votes definitely do (and probably views also). Once a save gets front page and is on for a few days like this, downvotes become pretty ineffective at getting it off. I wouldn't be surprised if the formula only looks at upvotes to determine whether to keep a save on front page.
cool but takes a long time
@pepper1boy Yup, It eventully becomes -_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_ though
when i left my computer for 8 hours and came back, the screen was a giant mess of life
woah now there is 4 :O mind blown
Nothing is "broken". I was unaware of this rule until seeing this save, and despite other saves that may have illustrated this concept, I'm glad I saw it. Front page saves are determined by density of veiws, comments, and likes over a period of time. By commenting and veiwing these saves you complain about on FP, you keep them up there! keep trying to get your saves out to people who will find them interesting. There is a disgusting amount of childish jealousy in the TPT community.
