    Remove the PLUT, Put some DEUT, That will make it MUCH more realistic, As in IRL, PLUT isnt always there (america has however tested nuclier bombs in the middle of the sea, Even though this happened before obama came, still, thanks obama(sarcastic)) However there are real deposites of deut (D2-o) Even though its illegal to harvest it.
