Explains all the modes / features of DRAY so that you don't need to go look in the source. DRAY was added in TPT version 90.2, and originally from my mod.

    so turns out if you make a partial gem shape with Dray, and surround it with any conductor, you get a lag machine. Found that out the hard way.

    They forget to put that if you use it incorrectly you can make a bomb :)
