It unlocks if at least one number is correct and relocks if they all are. If you enter the correct code or the correct numbers in the wrong order, it briefly unlocks. If one number is correct and the rest aren't, it unlocks and stays unlocked. If they are all incorrect, it stays locked. Also, you can just look at the SWCH to see what the code is. It really doesn't work at all.
It is pretty much usesless, it unlocks with any code.

read the instructions... you make the code then press ready then someone else guesses the code and presses unlock to test if it is correct
it unlocks with wrong code too
that happened with me too, I typed 1234, sparked ready, then 1235 unlocked it
One bug i put a code and when i typed something else it still unlocked
@piiscool: The code is 1234. It only allows 4 numbers so those other numbers you put in didn't do anything to the machine.
