Always conducts sparks from NSCN and to PSCN.
Conducts sparks to NSCN and from PSCN if its temperature is above 100° C.
If nearby METL is sparked, heats itself up to ~200° C.
If hotter than 22° C, reduces its own temperature at a rate of 2.5° C/frame.
