GLAS can be chemically strengthened by exposing it to Molten [[Element:SALT|SALT]], up to a maximum difference of 3.91. The strength is controlled by GLAS's .life, with .life less than 16 providing no additional strength, and .life 28080 providing maximum strength outside of increasing it with the console.
