Coal, Burns very slowly. Gets red when hot.

Coal does not turn to FIRE.png instantly, like other flammable elements. When a coal particle is next to fire, its life value will start decreasing. Once it drops below 100, the coal will start releasing fire, and when its life is 0, it disappears. Coal starts with 110 life. Coal starts turning red, pink, and then white when heated. When it is cooled down, it will continue to be light grey. Coal does not ignite at high temperatures like other elements, it requires FIRE.png, PLSM.png, or LAVA.png to start burning.

Also turns into WOOD.png when in contact with NEUT.png.

Coal turns(breaks) into BCOL.png at a pressure of 4.3, after 40 frames.
