Moving Compiling for Linux

The current Compiling for Linux page includes making your own fork of the Git source and editing it. Shouldn't it be in the "Powder Toy Development Help" section?

How to build a straight line.

Add a "Ctypes" section under the "General" category.

I made a notepad document of all the ctypes and which elements they correspond to, and it would be a great tool for others to use, since I can't find any list anywhere else with these. Not even in the code.
