Creation

Usually spawned via CLNE for cooling purposes.

LN2 can also spawn on top of strengthened GLAS, when the GLAS and the ambient air temperature are both less than 77K (-196.15°C), and pressure is more than 5.

Uses

Liquid Nitrogen and Nitrogen Ice are often used as cooling mechanisms, because the liquid nitrogen disappears after it reaches a certain temperature.
