Germania
Once upon a time in a land far far away, there was a fair prince who went by the fair name of "Prince Himeman of Germania." He always thought this name was very fair, due to the fact that it pretty much described him perfectly. It listed his three main attributes: He is a prince, his name is Himeman, and he hails from Germania. However, the people of the land begged to differ. They disagreed with such a straightforward name, one that revealed such status straightforwardly. The people said that Himeman should rename his public title to something common, like "George." This should deter would-be assassins and hitmen, because they would have trouble figuring out which "George" or which "Bob" they had to assassinate. In the worst case scenario, they would begin to assassinate everyone named "George," and by then, the entire kingdom would be aware that an assassin was on the loose, targeting a person named "George." But Prince Himeman of Germania" was too fair a person. He simply could not lie to the people, saying that his name is "George," when in fact, it was "Prince Himeman of Germania." Unfortunate was this fellow, when one night, the day that the people had described had finally come. An assassin from Polskania was sent to assassinate "Prince Himeman of Germania," and nobody else. The entire time, "Prince Himeman of Germania" was completely and utterly unaware of the situation at hand. He continued to dawdle and dally as a prince did. That fateful night, "Prince Himeman of Germania" was assassinated in the hallway on his way to bed. Any and all guards were dispatched and the entire castle was in political ruin. The chaos spread from the castle and into the entire country. The country had no choice but to follow in their leader's footsteps and fall into a tragic depression. The entire nation was decimated and all survivors were either killed or kidnapped by neighboring countries, which have all in fact plotted against Germania once before. The rivals all combined forces and expended any and all forces nescesary to rid the world of the concept that there was ever a place called Germania. However, they all agreed to leave behind one clue, a reminder to all the nations after and around them, which was the tale of Prince Himeman of Germania, who was blinded by his own fairness and inevitably brought ruin and devastation to his very own people.
