There are no strikes here. There isn't much that people get permanently banned for honestly, generally we have to ask Simon before making perm bans. If we have to, we set extremely long bans.
... Also, we don't generally IP ban people unless they come back to the forums making lots of new accounts to raise a stink about previous bans. :P Which you don't seem to be doing. But asking around about bans makes it kind of obvious =3 -
