Can someone make me a mod? I can't make myself one because my parents won't download the program to make one. I will tell you elements that I want if you can help me.

Dude, it wouldn't be your mod if someone else make it, just propose the elements to a modder.
Plus tell your parents it's from the Microsoft Site, which is totally safe.

Microsoft software is completely safe, and Visual Studio 2010 Express is completely free (just need to register after like 30 days).
I don't see why they can't download it (besides size, possibly limited bandwidth).

@me4502 thanks man, i appreciate it :) @cracker64 i cannot go on one of the computers at my house, and the other 2 have very little space on it (unfortunately), but i still have room for a few mods :)

Your space is only limited to your HDD space, it isn't a 'monthly bill' to have 60 gigs in your HDD.
