I've been thinking about trying to code a little, so I did everything on the Windows Setup Wiki. It doesn't work. I've got a few points to make:
1) It says to download Pthreads, but says nothing about where to put it or what to do with it.
2) It still says to add the DLLs, but the release version has no DLLs in the folder, so methinks that it might be a little outdated. It would be nice if someone could update it.
3) I think that it would be nice if someone could make a directory tree of what files go in which folders after you download everything in the right folder.
4) There was also some commotion about regex.h, and it would help if that info was in the wiki.
I think I should be able to do something as soon as I figure these out.

Pthread.h and pthread.lib's
Oo. Guess where they go.
I will update the wiki when I myself can compile properly.
But the wiki works mostly.
The DLLs can be found in older Powder Toy folders. Download another person's mod and you'll see them. -
