Preventing users abusing votes.

Hello. I am an annoyed user, because I have only 1 up vote and I suspect someone with multiple accounts who votes down on everything I upload. Number of downvotes = number of uploads x number of accounts the user has.
I think that powder toy should take note of the ip address of the user if they vote: can't vote twice from same ip address. Also no voting on 2 saves in the same hour if they belong to the same user. This will prevent users raging. -
people down vote my saves also, people are just stupid

Eh, voting on two saves in the same hour doesn't seem like a good idea. Try waiting to vote on another good save. Plus you'll just have to deal with it until Simon makes some kind of system to track every vote that goes in.
