make zoom movable

ya know what would be nice, if you could move the zoom window around with arrow keys, alot of the time when i work on something tedious i have to keep moving zoom, i think this might help people alot

You know, maybe the fact that Holding Z while dragging the mouse actually does something other then pick it's nose might be of interest to you...>_>
