User glass and photons. Almost like fiber optics. Just make a clone that makes photons lead to a wall. This wall could open at certain pulses. Then it will lead to a glass line almost like fiber optics. on the other end is a detector for receiving and converting. Search up my user name for cross wiring. This can be crossed to send into 8 directions max for photons.

I did make a Wire element in my mod (get it here) for this kind of thing, in case you didn't have enough room to use simon's idea.
