Folders for stamps and creations

I have an idea for sorting stamps and saves.
How about giving users the ability to 'create' folders, into which they can sort stamps or saves?
Also have the folders modifiable i.e. users being able to name the folders.
Example: for stamps, 'Bombs', 'GOL', etc. For saves, 'Cities', 'Electronics', etc.
This system would be similar to the one in place in Macs (in Finder.)
The benefits of this system would be that user saves and stamps would be neater, easier to find and sort, and also, it would mean not having as many links on the screen at once.
I believe this would benefit me, and many other users, greatly.
I'm not sure if this has been discussed before.
Anyway, just a suggestion.

I'm not sure, but I think it'll either take some weight off the shoulders of the CPU or increase it.
Hope it's the former.

I thought you were banned? I'm pretty sure I saw someone with Rock-something as their username being a banned user.
