I ordered a 109 mW, 532nm (green) laser from hong kong last year. Unfortunately, being over 20 times as powerfull as what the maximum legal limit is in Australia (5 mw is the legal max without a permit) it got confiscated the very minuite it arrived in Australia...

My friend had one like that but it was in binary, and you could see all the circuitry and gears and everything under the LED lights.
