    ... in a mod there is a lightbulb effect. a flourescent lightbulb. use mercury and noble gas and spark. it creats cold plasma which in effect, makes a lightbulb.

    Awesome idea, but somewhat weird to accomplish. Maybe to make an element which acts as pure and only pure white glow. The metl in range of glass will arc that glow.
    It uses electricity to create. (Electrode style between glass and metal)
