Hydrogen

Hydrogen (H2 or a new element, H) should turn to liquid under very high pressure, and then make a fusion reaction at higher pressure.

    So LH2.
By the way I don't agree with fusion.

LH2 is a good idea for a name. Fusion in tpt is just like fission except it makes NEUT and NBLE. It would happen at pressure far higher than the ones currently on tpt.

    That would just be anoying.

It could be used for a new generation of nukes, planet (well star actually) simulations, fusion power plants, supernova simulations, and a way of producing NBLE.
EDIT: BOYL could have the fusion instead of H2?

BOYL would be better but remeber BOYL creates pressure when heated, so it would be easier to make a Fuseable gas.

    Yeah, BOYL fuses then.
