It's awsome to make quartz grow but when it's sparked it grows alot. It broke my save and this needed to be fixed or it would break more saves.

Yes its awesomely hilarious how people deny element changes and then outta no where quartz gets changed around.

    I know right?

But quartz should stay the same.

the spark with QRTZ will be fixed... we ran out of variables to use for it, so some things starting to mess with each other.

Wait, isn't quartz a piezoelectric mineral anyways? (quartz vibrates when a current is passed through it and generates an electrical current when pressure is applied)

    Really?
I thought that graphite was the only covalent network substance that can conduct... you learn something every day.

I like the growing quartz, but I have noticed that many saves have been broken.

yeah, that's how electric watches work. The vibrations produced through the piezoelectric effect are extremely regular, occurring at a very precise frequency.

Well now I know something else... Chemistry teachers are not very specific so they leave us to assumptions.
On topic: Growing quartz isn't very realistic though... Most of the sand we see at the beach is quartz, and it doesn't grow. Either way, it doesn't effect me, but it does effect those with broken saves.
