Stable Flipflop Switch (smallest)

I believe this is the smallest flipflop there is. It's not affected by heat like PTCT and NTCT, so it's good for heat-changing environments (though it still melts).

I don't usually post my creations but I think this would come useful for many people.
You may use the switch however you want, and you don't need to give credit. If you find a way to make a smaller one, I'd like to see it.
If this switch is already published, give me the link to the switch and I'll take this one down.
Thanks!

I made one back when 40.0 came out and SWCH was introduced.
It's about the same size.
Picture
EDIT: It can be found in my signal amplifier creation (nothing special, just a pet project) -

Mine is a tiny bit smaller, (4x4 vs 6x6)
But it's cool, and I love your amplifier creation.

Yeah, I also have a 6x6 one input flip-flop in my WIP amp gate creation.

Edit: Whoops, I meant 6x6.

They aren't any smaller, but I made these a week or so ago:

Wikku9: I made a toggle switch, which would easily become a flip-flop with the addition of a battery. It's not very small, though. Here:
