Sorry I didn't mean a literal "you" :p I meant If a user is posting more than once in 60 seconds the average quality of the posts is going to be crap compared to having a good wait limit,1 minute isn't at all long. (some users would do fine but the others may not)

60 seconds is fine. It should help some people think a bit more about what they posted before they get to post

the flood protection for 4chan is about 30 seconds
