    Helpful for electronic circuitboard building.

    Would the use of that be to ensure a stable position with the mouse? If so, "-" will decrease the size by one pixel, but "+" won't increase it.

    not when it moves only one pixel every keystroke and when you hold the arrow it moves even faster.
