Switch transparent to photons

I would like to see that switch becomes photon transparent when turned on, i realize that LCRY is already that way, but at high temperatures LCRY becomes broken glass, this would be useful in melting beams, it isn't that important but its just an idea.

You could more easily use Clone + NICE +Void in that order to put a freezing barrier around the LCRY.

Or better yet, find some other hot but yet not too hot element to clone. Or combine more than one to get a middle temperature. The element you clone this way will become a sort of temperature moderator to anything touching it.

well the application i was thinking of was for a photon laser, put plasma or uranium up to the switch, to heat it up, which in turn heats the photons to 3500 degrees, for a super-hot burning laser. i know it can be done, this is just an alternative method, and im sure it would have other applications.
