Liquid Oxygen Extractor (compact)

    The extractor utilises Distilled Water and Iron for electrolysis, which produces O2. This is sent to a cooling facility, and then supercooled to make Liquid Oxygen. The cooling facility can be emptied into a cooled barrel, and used as fuel for cities or something.
    It has 3 commands -
    1. On
    2. Off
    3. Empty the containment chamber into a secure, cooled barrel.
