this forum needs a permanent post with all the forum rules to avoid confusion.
the post should be on the top of the forum.

rules like:
be polite: no foul language, no trolling, etc.
no posting of or links to malicious software.
no spam
etc.

a list of rules for mods like: (so everyone knows what mods can and or may and or cannot and or may not do)
what to remove.(spam, threats etc)
when to give warnings.
no excessive use of power(removing/locking posts he/she/it does not like)
when to lock posts.

list of admin rules:
rule 1: it's his forum...

also an active list of current mods an admins.
and a clear way of reporting users/posts/misbehavior of mods etc

anything else simon could think of..


(may also include rules about using the powder toy and other peoples works)
