this is a DRAM based on ARAY. It could reach a high density of 2 pixels/bit and higher density(1 pixel/bit) is possible.
it likes real DRAM very much for its high density and need for refresh. the read & write operation takes a little long time than SRAM. using wifi makes its total area small than normal SRAM, and higher capacity is available .

this demo could do read and write operation to the DRAM, a auto refresh logic is created to manage refreshing.

i think guys making CPUs should think about using this kind of memory
