Removal of legacy compatiability code

For a very long time now people have had the option to turn heat simulation on and off. Hardly any saves use the legacy simulation any more and I think it should be removed.

    Advantages
-Speed up the simulation (Less to process)
-Reduce workload on creating new elements
    -Less code to maintain
-A few more pixels on the bottom bar free'd up

    Disadvantages
-A very very small amount of simulations may no longer work

    Remember Racer-Delux's reactor?
    It will no longer work.

Heat simulation is used many different ways, and some elements require heat simulation to work properly.

Hell no. Heat simulation was never part of the original game, and actually speeds the game up quite a bit just by being activated.

However, I do think that legacy mode should in general -do- more. We have dozens of new elements that have no special function in legacy mode. ^^; And honestly, things like sponge should not melt, lol.
