Double post fix

    The double posting protection should be turned off after about 16 hours. Not constant. I can't bump my help thread and it's been a day. :(

    i was able to bump mine, you DO have to wait 24 hours, so be patient :)

    Maybe because you're not supposed to bump your own threads. :P Help threads are exception, but there is a time limit.
