IP Ban?

I was thinking Simon should implement an IP ban...
...look at some spam we have been getting recently from 405, 907, 908, 904 ect.
If an IP ban was made problems could be solved...
I am not an expert in SQL, so don't ask me about the coding... -
As far as spamming goes, double posting is no longer possible.

Maybe IP ban after 2 or 3 ban from the same IP, or if they just do spam.
