    Here's the list:

    Ice+water=water frees

    Any particle with hole in the middle=water don't come up (you can also say it the toilet drain system (that thing on the bottom of the toilet that shaped like an "S")) example in real life: straw on a water.

    I think that's all. If simon read this thread. Pleas reply or fix it A.S.A.P (as soon as posible)

    I didn't completely understand the whole of your post, but anyways: TPT isn't realistic, /thread.

    i think he means when water touches ice it freezes

    Water only freezes when touching sufficiently cold ice due to the temperature of the ice, which is actually very realistic. Water balancing won't likely ever happen in TPT, due to how TPT deals with single particles and not larger shapes of which.
