Also, information. Would you go into a car repair shop and ask them "My car is blue, what is wrong?" Without actually showing them the car? No, you wouldn't. And that is exactly(figuratively speaking) what you are doing now. In the car repair shop you would probably just be told to get out, I am slightly nicer however.
