Some way to change OIL into DESL

In real life it's distilled, but this is hard to do on powder toy as oil almost instantly ignites after boiling, so how do you suggest that it should be done in powder toy?

How about increasing pressure? -
something to do with water? eg if you put water on top add nuet to distill it the OIL/DESL on the bottom will also distill?

Maybe have when it goes to DESL it does not go back to OIL. -
