help! powder .c makes no sense to me! can anyone tell me what it means?

    i know it sounds silly but powder.c is complete gobbldy gook to me, can anyone take me through what everything means becuase the tutorials on the wiki are useless. (i'm using 45.2 on visual c++ 2010

    The tutorials on the wiki, barring the lack of images, are near enough.
    If your unable to make much sense of what'd there I recommend you do not try and code anything just yet. Please make sure you can compile a clean, unmodified source first before even attempting to modify it.
