TXT file to change language

    Maybe add a TXT file where be a strings with a text shown in game.
    Example structure of this file:

    LANG = EN
    LCRY = Liquid crystal. Changes color if charged (PSCN charges, NSCN discharges)
    BTRY = Baterry. Solid. Generates electricity.
    ...
    ...

    This file can edit, and can make other languages of text in Powder Toy.
    TXT can upload to internet to download
    Example Polish file:

    LANG = PL
    LCRY = Ciekły kryształ. Zmienia kolor jeśli jest naładowany (PSCN ładuje, NSCN rozładowuje)
    BTRY = Bateria. Ciało stałe. Generuje elektryczność.
    ...
    ...

    Transfer TPT into Russian for a long time already I do. But at first it is necessary in font.h to add a font of your language or to ask developers to connect to TPT files of fonts.
