I have two suggestions, sorry for posting them here but the pinned thread by triclops is not really the right place for this-
My first suggestion is a new element. Name: MOTE Html colour:001100 Non-melting powder, no diffusion or state changes. Special features: falling speed of the powder increases with the temperature (so at -273.15 degrees it floats like GRAV, at 9725.85 degrees it falls twice as fast as broken coal). If you know how to code (I'm clueless) please tell me if these special attributes are possible and second, if the heat conductivity could be controlled by life (i.e. the powder spawns at 0 life and when charged by pscn goes to 10 life, activates heat conductivity and changes colour to 003300).
The second suggestion is that I would really like to see some of the original attributes of neutrons that defined them in the old pt, they're still there but it really would be great to see them accentuated. Neutrons interact with matter in odd ways, the original mechanic was that neutrons travelled through all the solids except metal although there were only five solids, not including clone Anyway, neutrons would move things around and change some elements to others (i.e. nitr to oil to gas)...in the current version neutrons do not travel through many solids and all the liquids except isoz and water.
^bottom line is, please change the mechanics of neutrons to permeate more liquid types (i.e. nitr, acid, desl, oil...although the current acid-isoz transition is really cool). If there's anything the matter with either suggestions tell me please
Edit: My apologies for vague thread title. Could this thread please be renamed "Mote element" and moved to the element suggestion thread.
Update- Wall type suggestion. "Inhibitor" Surpresses sparks similar to the manner in which gas wall and fan blocked sparks before the engine update (as in from the old powder toy to about version 45).
The lead in that mod is so handy! (anyway, I just want the neutron interaction to include moving through more liquid types than they do in the current version)
Well, I was hoping it was easy to change as it is how neutrons acted in the original powder toy...however they now do all sorts of other things as well as passing through some liquids so... I don't know if it is a difficult thing to change.
