YASRPG (Yet another stick RPG)

    Well, it's high time I began one of these, so here goes:

    Story:
    A man has woken up in a desert, with a small lake, he does not know what to do, maybe his friends will appear here too?
    This world is set in a fantasy setting, with magic (NOT WoW fireballs and power magic, but subtle magic like making crops grow faster)

    Rules:
    You must mine for materials.

    Fights will be determined by coin flips if the fight is even, or multiple if the fight is not (Like, a person with a weapon needs to be beaten with 2 coin flips by an unarmed)

    PvP is allowed, but will usually trigger an event (like a monster attack)

    Events may happen, like someone finding seeds in the sand, someone finding some stone in the dust layer (you'll need this for the first pickaxe), or someone striking metals when mining.

    Different layers of ground need different tools, hands for top layer (dust), hands for second layer (but slower without a shovel), basic pickaxe for stone layer, metal and coal, metal pickaxe for brick and quartz.

    Farming will take time, trees take 3-4 turns, crops take 2 turns. All farming need the correct seed type.

    You may join at any time.

    Alright, OP is updated, please tell me what each of you want to do.

    We currently need someone to search for some seeds right now, so I'll do that. (Dice roll, 1 or 2 is tree seed, 3 or 4 is grain seed, 5 is grape seed, 6 is nothing)

    Maybe we could begin searching through sand for pebbles to make an axe?

    i would like to suggest some things:
    actions:
    expand: search for territory to expand to (unlocks another area) 1 or 3 means area unlocked others mean nothing

    search:look for resources:search for wood seeds stone ect.

    build:build a weapon or building... always successful with buildings 1,3 or 6 to successfully make a weapon

    defend:gives an extra number to defence (if a battle was 1,3,6 for us to win it would be 1,3,5,6 instead)

    OTHERS

    tech tree: this is the tech tree saying what needs what to be built:

    KEY
    *name* unlocks every thing on the next row down or any 1 row on top of it can unlock it
    <*name* is unlocked by the building on the left just above it
    *name*> same as above but right instead
    <*name*> needs all of the ones 1 row above it
    ^*name*^ needs the one in the middle 1 row above it
    <<??*name*??>> need all building to unlock

    building info:
    town hall: main center of operations the top dawg lives here if lost all chance goes down by one number
    power plant: creates power is needed for computer controlled towers and some buildings
    barracks:used to train infantry to fight with weapons (needed to use any weapons in battle)
    auto tower: a simple 50 cal mg computer controlled defence implacment good vs infantry and light vehicles
    scout tower:a simple tower that doesnt require ower just a soldier and some wood good vs all infantry exposed drivers
    armory:used to create new weapons for your character
    refinery:really helpfull searches for resources automaticly
    vehicle factory:allows you to build vehicles for your character giving them a +1 chance in battles but a -1 when there is a tower that can defeat them (is good against them)
    anti vehicle cannon:fires tank shells at enemy vehicles good vs vehicles
    L.A.S.E.R:the mother of all towers excelent vs everything gives a +2 to all defesive battles

    You seem to forget that
    A: We are in a desert oasis.
    B: This takes place in a medival fantasy
    C: This is not your game, you just choose what you want your char to do.


    The "new area" thing I MAY implement at some point, but not likely.
    As for the other options, people can do whatever they want, so long as they have the materials, right now, we have water, no food, no shelter and we need materials.

    What do you want to do? Help search for seeds? Look for stones for a pickaxe? (that means we could mine for metal, but we'd need some stone and charcoal to smelt it...)

    You can, but please actually remember that I don't have to implement them and that they must fit the theme.

    I fell like doing what you did to me but im not that low.
